Ok I just want to point out how powerful of a bender Aang is here.
I Mean he sees the explosion. But what does he do? He uses his air bending to encase the blast and uses the energy from the blast to push him up and away from it.
I mean that takes a lot of power to do something like this!
Aang seriously was a great bender at such a young age.
